Needless to say I was hungry. After long time suffering from fever I was hungrier for yummy delicious food. So can not wait for someone to serve something tasty, I will prefer to become chef for the sake of changing my taste. Wanna like to know what the story all about is. Well yesterday I decided to prepare vegetable soup as I was really feeling to have something delicious and I prepared it, had it at night with my hubby and believe me it was s-o-o-o tasty. Today I would like to share the yummy recipe with you. I suggest you to prepare it and have it as it is healthy too.

Mixed vegetable soup with chicken flavor

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

Carrot peeled (1)
Capsicum (2)
Beans (3)
Tomato (4)
Onions (4)
Garlic Piece (5)
Cabbage (1/2 Cup Grated)
Sweet Corn (1/2 Cup)
White Kidney Seeds or Beans Seeds (1 Cup)
Green Chili (2)
Butter (1 Tablespoon)
Black Peeper (1/2 Teaspoon)
Turmeric Powder (1/2 Teaspoon)
Chicken Cubes: 4
Coriander Leaves (Taste wise)
Salt (Taste wise)

Method:

First of all cut the carrots, tomatoes, beans and capsicum into pieces. Cut the onion into long thick slices. Chop the green chillies into small pieces. Then in a hot frying pan put one tablespoon butter and leave it for 1 min. Then put all the chopped vegetables along with green chillies and garlic pieces. Cook for 1-2 minutes with constant stirring and add turmeric powder, salt. Then pour ½ cup of water and simmer for 2 minutes.

Put the content in the pressure cooker; add 4 cups of water along with sweet corn, kidney seeds and chicken cubes. Allow it for 4/5 whistles. When it is ready sprinkle black peeper, garnish it with coriander leaves and some more butter. Serve hot hot hot…
